Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}c/MH.{M. Huckerby}26.5.38. PH.III STEERING. A number of details have been issued recently for Wraith type steering gear in Ph.III. We wish to fit this to 35-EX for 15,000 miles test but a difficulty will arise in connection with the mounting as the existing frame does not suit the new scheme. This matter is now being investigated in the design dept. and until it is settled we recommend that the manufacture of parts should be held up. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J.
