Dear Mr. Robotham, With regard to the Bentley V description which is to appear in "The Automobile Engineer", so that there shall be no possibility of misstatement or contradiction in view of your letter of the 20th ultimo, I think it well to mention that Mr. Fraser of New-Hudson Ltd. says that the position with regard to Girling brakes on the Bentley car is as follows: (a) Girling expander actuation employed (b) Girling shoe is employed (c) Girling adjustment is employed (d) modified Girling operational linkage employed. Mr. Fraser also states that Messrs Rolls-Royce and New-Hudson Ltd. are agreeable to the full facts being published. A line in confirmation would be much appreciated.
