Re. Mr. Fedden's Car.

Replying to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}7/E5.3.35.

As soon as the cycle type wings are taken off Mr. Fedden's car it then becomes a Standard Bentley, we then consider that his complaints should be dealt with by the Service Station or the Repair Dept.

We are finding that it is difficult for us to afford the time to give to this customer. Whilst the car was non-standard this was necessary. As regards the queaking front brakes without the cycle type wings, we have not heard of this as a complaint on the Standard Bentley cars and therefore we should consider it is a job which the Service Station could put right.
