Dear Sir,

We have machined the batch of six inlet valves EW.1429 received from you and regret to say that three of them are cracked, one badly and the other two lightly.

Perhaps your Mr.Wimhurst would give us a call, when we will show him the cracked valves and discuss whether there is any possibility of eradicating cracks such as these in future samples.
