RECEIVED JUL 18 1930 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} at Works Re: Experimental Car No.18-G4 We have heard from Lucas's Birmingham that there will be a few days delay in the despatch to you of the wing and centre lamps, whilst the wiper will take 10 to 14 days to bring through. Lucas's have a very small demand indeed for Tandem wipers incorporating the special features we demand, and in consequence do not carry a stock.
