Re: Buick Hot Spot Heat Control Valve. Analyses : Flap Valve. Spindle. Bush. Chromium 17.8% 6.93% 16.4% Nickel trace 22.9% trace Silicon 0.8 approx. 2.44 0.8 approx The Flap Valve and Bush are evidently 18% Chromium steel, which will probably be easily obtained in this country. The Spindle is of steel which so far as we are aware is not made here, but we would suggest that K.E. 965 would be quite as good if not superior for this use. Hl. HE | ||
