c. to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} X8005 Expl: Dept: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/LG. 22nd. Dec. 1928. Messrs. The Dunlop Rubber Co., Fort Dunlop, Erdington, Birmingham. Dear Sirs, ENGINE FOOT RUBBERS. With reference to FBJ/LEM/FHC4. we think the consistency of these rubbers is very good. However they appear to be about 200 lbs. light at the working deflection of .150. Therefore while they will do to carry us over until we can get rubbers of a higher rating, we should be obliged if you would push the harder rubbers to comply with our specification and let us have some samples as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, | ||
