W/S. To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} x766 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG15.9.24. We attach a copy of our Mr. Hancock's report in connection with 60-PK car - Mr. Schley, Grasse, France. It will be seen from the attached report that this car boils when climbing a hill adjacent to the Owners House. It is fitted with a high speed fan and was run with the shutters in the bonnet open. At the moment we do not know what can be done to the car to prevent the trouble occurring. The matter is being gone into and will be dealt with in a later report. We are also sending you a copy of a report in connection with Mr. Reverdin's car. Our recommendations as regards what should be done to this car will be sent later. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
