Dear Sirs, In view of the difficulty being experienced in obtaining a bright finish on the metal of assembly pt.no.F.60399, which, of course, is readily subject to rusting, we shall be glad if you will approve of the painting of this part in a manner similar to the other 'rubber to metal' assemblies we are producing for you. For this purpose we are enclosing herewith a sample assembly showing the suggested finish together with a sample as at present being supplied, and we shall be glad to receive your instructions in this regard after due consideration.
