We trust you have received our wire sent on the 7th. inst. as follows:-

"SIX GOSHAWK CROSSING TO BOULOGNE MONDAY AFTERNOON BOAT WITH BULLAMORE ROYCE INSTRUCTIONS YOU PROCEED WITH THIS CAR TO LE CANADELHenry Royce's French residence WRITING - PLATFORD".

Six-Goshawk-11 is crossing today. This car left the Wks. for London yesterday Sunday the 9th. inst. and arrangements were made for this car to cross over to Boulogne on the afternoon boat.

We have not yet heard from you agreeing to this arrangement but trust everything is in order and you will by now have met the car and are carrying out the instructions from R.{Sir Henry Royce} as stated.

I have also sent with Bullamore a note giving you the latest information re. 6-Goshawk-11, and we are naturally anxious to hear from you how the car behaves and what is your opinion about it.

We have received your wire this morning as follows:-
"Send pair battery box hangars. Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}" We have arranged for these to be sent off to you at your address at Laval per express post leaving Derby today.

We trust we shall hear from you some information in regard to this matter and whether the present brackets have failed and if so, in what way and could the faulty parts be returned for our investigation, or probably you will take it on with you to show to Mr. Royce.
