S/W C8/C6.3.35 Re Modification to 20/25 h.p.Carburettor. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}14/KW2.3.35 ------- I note that you hope to have all the Trials cars fitted up with this modification in the course of the next fortnight. I shall be interested to know what improvement we may expect in petrol consumption as soon as you have some information available on this point. With regard to the 40/50 h.p., we note that you do not agree that this carburettor ought to hesitate. The car we found it on in particular was our Continental Phantom Trials car No. 99-SK. If you will please give instructions to Cricklewood they could arrange for Crawford to let them have the car as soon as they know how to do the job. C. | ||
