CJ4/E.15.11.19 Referring to the attached copy of memo, from Mr. Royce, this is an improvement which most certainly should be incorporated, provided that it can be done :- Firstly, without upsetting output. Secondly, without risk of failure of the car owing to their being fitted. Mr. Royce acknowledges that there is a possibility of the temporary method of fitting causing a leakage of the petrol tank.
