I attach herewith copy of notes from CJ and R.{Sir Henry Royce}, CJ14/E - 15.11.19 and R2/GS.11.19. From these notes we can proceed, can we not, with the manufacture of the Shock Absorbers, and while they are in manufacture we will press on with bumping tests etc.
I have noted your Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}19/M171119, which I think will succeed in putting this job on a sound foundation.
Will Mr. Hives please press on not only with bumping tests but with tests on the road of the approved design of Shock Absorber complete.
