Introducing the 20/25 HP instrument patch to the 40/50 HP chassis and improving instrument lighting.

INSTRUMENT PATCH. ----------------------------------- x5530 Sales are anxious that we should introduce the 20/25 HP. type instrument patch on the 40/50 HP. chassis as soon as possible, also to improve the lighting. We have suggested that the lighting could be improved by increasing the space between the glass and the dials of the instruments. We have issued to the Experimental Department in BY/RD.2/W.22.11.32. particulars to enable a temporary patch to be made up, in order to see what improvement we can get in the lighting of the instruments.
