WE UNDERSTAND THAT A 3.500 DIA. FACE CUTTER IS AT PRESENT USED FOR MACHINING JOINT FACE OF BLOCK, WHICH MEANS THAT A SMALL DIAMETER FACE CUTTER MUST ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR FINISHING FACE BETWEEN BARRELS. THIS ALTERATION DOES NOT THERE-FOR CALL FOR ANY ADDITIONAL MILLING OPERATION.
