Miss Wilkinson (Exptl. Dept.) COPY. 15080 C. from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}4/R.25.7.36 re Sticky Air valves. C5/623.7.34. We agree that this trouble is an aggravating one, but we have no cure which can be guaranteed. We did, however, fit an air valve (to scheme Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1224) to your car, which did several thousand miles. You will, no doubt, remember this, and we are wondering if you found it to be an improvement. If you did, you might like to suggest one or two particularly troublesome cars in this respect on which we might try this air valve to see if an improvement can be effected. We have none of this type of air valve in stock, and would have to make them if it is decided to try these on several customers' cars. The cost to the company for this valve would be, approximately, 30/-. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} | ||
