Hancock - Head Chateauroux}3/N.6.3.39, from an examination of the Fan Hub you have returned, I consider this crack started initially when the bearing was put in the spigot, owing to excessive pressure being used, due probably to cross binding, but it has not developed in service, neither has it anything to do with the running of the fan.
