Request for modifications to car 103-MC and investigation of an out-of-balance front hub.

We are requested to make the following modifications to this car :- (1) Spring loaded cross steering tube. (2) Modified throttle. We should be obliged if you would do this as soon as possible as Sales are pressing us for this car. Incidentally, we have observed that the near side front hub is a lot out-of-balance.
