With reference to the above order and following our letter of the 30th April, our Wheels Works have now submitted to your Experimental Dept. detailed drawings of our proposals for a 5.00 x 18 rim mounted on your Ph.III wheel shell. As it is necessary to put down plant for the manufacture of these rims, we shall look forward to your instructions on the type which is required after you have had an opportunity of considering our proposals.
