We give below comparative weights of the above Front Axles:-

Standard Front Axle to Arrgt.Drg. G.72403(less Road Wheels & Tyres) 225.00 lbs.

Lightened Front Axle using Axle Forging G.74268(less Road Wheels and Tyres) 183.75 lbs. 41.25 lbs.
Axle only 42.5 lbs.

Latest Lightened Front Axle complete to Arrgt. Drg. G.74294 using Axle G.74920. 189.25 lbs.
Axle only 44.25 lbs.

Difference between present standard axle and latest lightened axle - 35.75 lbs.

Difference in weight of light axles - 1.75 lbs increase.
