Further to our letter of the 9th inst, we beg to advise you that we hope to be in a position within the next few weeks to incorporate certain modifications on your car which we hope will satisfactorily overcome your complaints. Our Experimental Dept. have various modifications in hand but it will be some time before we can include the whole of these. In the meantime we are preparing the necessary parts and hope to have the following ready for fitting to your car shortly:- New springs of a special type. New steering column support. Autovac of our latest type. Necessary material prepared by the Experimental Department to alleviate Servo jagger complained of by you. As soon as these parts are ready for fitting we shall have to ask you to let us have your car at our Works for a few days to enable us to fit same and test the car as necessary, and we hope you will be able to arrange this. We extremely regret that you will be deprived of the use of your car but we trust that the fitting of the parts referred to will overcome the various complaints regarding the car. Perhaps you will kindly let us know if you will be able to spare the car for a few days to have the above parts fitted. -Contd- | ||
