Hanbury - Head Complaints} Copy to C. Copy to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Complaints. BJS/E25/6/26 When I was in Derby, it was mentioned that we were perhaps not making sufficiently full use of the very important information that we receive from the Inspection Department and from customers' complaints generally, to ascertain what are the most important and numerous complaints about cars which have been in use for some time by customers. I asked H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} to report on this and attach a copy of H11/PD24/6/26. Will you also please consider whether we obtain sufficient information from Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} and N. on the same subject, as, if all these three sources can be combined, we ought to have a very clear view of what goes wrong on our cars after they have been delivered. Will you kindly let me have your suggestions? B.J. Attached: Copy of H11/PD2a/6/26 | ||
