months, he was compelled to change and clean the plugs two or thre times a week, he fitted a set of our adaptors three weeks ago and up to the present has completed 21 days clear running at an average of 180 miles per day without once removing the plugs. He also states there is a marked improvement in the running of the vehicle.

My brother fitted a set of these adaptors to his Morris Minor and has since completed 3,500 miles without removing a plug.

This letter is in no way intended to be a slight on your capabilities in defining whether an article is good or not, nor is it intended to criticise the methods you employ, but so many people have fitted these adaptors with every success, and we have recently had a very substantial offer to sell the whole patent rights of this invention, and yet we find that well known English companies such as yours appear to ridicule the idea that the sparking plug which is exactly the same today as it has been since birth can be improved upon.

Motorists have always suffered the same troubles through oil and condensation, yet we have definite proof to offer that with this adaptor fitted to any type of plug all these troubles will automatically cease.

In closing I wish to thank you for the trouble you took to test these adaptors and hope to be able to prove to you in the very near future that these adaptors which create an additional spark-gap are more than just an advantage.

Acknowledging receipt of the six adaptors which you returned.

Your faithfully,

A.{Mr Adams} R.{Sir Henry Royce} Milton
