Messrs. Hooper & Co., Ltd.

9/7/34.

(6) We wish the cushions both front and rear to be made of solid Latex.

(7) The seats, which are sliding bucket seats, should have an adjustable rake to the squab.

(8) The finishers, garnish rail and woodwork in general should be that which is standard on this body, with the exception that we would like exposed screws rather than concealed fixings to facilitate their removal.

(9) The head cloth should be put up in separate sections so that any particular unit can be removed easily. The same remark applies to the trimming boards on the doors. These may be held by exposed fixings to enable their easy detachment.

(10) We wish all the doors to be equipped with Bedford stops as well as the present buffers.

(11) We would like the locks on one side of the body to be your standard and on the other side the "Silent-bloc" locks.

(12) The louvres in the scuttle should be dummies and vertical to match those of the bonnet.

(13) The body should be mounted on pads of Kautex in a manner of which we will give you particulars in due course.

(14) The instrument board should be of the latest pattern, having an all wood veneered face.

(15) DOOR STOPS. We wish the body to be fitted with a satisfactory design of door check stop and we would like you to show us what you propose to fit.

(16) The screen wiper should be of the latest type with the increased angle of wipe. We agree that this angle should be 140 degrees and will arrange for you to be supplied with such a wiper.

(17) We wish the car to be fitted with a set of discs having a ribbed circle about half-way between the rear and the hub.

(18) We will supply the rear bumper.
