(1) Reference minutes of conference of 20/7/20, BJ/S/DB{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}22.7.20 was read, confirming that material for another 500 chassis should be ordered on the 1st August.

(2) BEDEVILLED CARS.

Letter from BJ. BJ/S17.7.20 brought up at yesterday's conference and again this morning, as the conference at yesterday's meeting did not agree with the wording of the solicitors' letters re above.

The whole correspondence has been put in front of D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} and will be brought up again at the conference to be held on Monday, the 26th inst.

(3) OBSOLETE STORES AND SCRAP.

Arising out of the conference held at the Midland Hotel, Derby, on 16/6/20 the question of the above was raised, and will be further discussed on 26/7/20.
