Messrs. Wilmot-Breeden Ltd.,
Eastern Works - Camden Street,
B I R M I N G H A M. {Mr Moon / Mr Moore}

Attention of Mr. Spicer.

Dear Mr. Spicer,

Regarding the rear boot lid {A. J. Lidsey} and spare wheel locker lid {A. J. Lidsey} lock, a print of which you sent us, while the idea of the double action lock is good, we do not think that it is quite suitable for the Myth body.

We want a lock that will be fixed from the inside and will be easily removable for servicing, if necessary. As we are proposing to make the luggage compartment flap in two parts that will be clenched together, the opening for the lock will have to be in the top rim and put in similar to a Mortice lock.

In the circumstances, it may not be possible to use the double locking device. This, however, can be discussed when you visit us next week.

In the meantime we should be obliged if you would post us prints of any locks you have, that you may consider suitable for the purpose.

Yours sincerely,
