(2) to make several minor alterations to the chassis, and was suggesting fetching it from you. We did not like this idea and have asked him to send a man down to Bromley with the pieces to do the job. We think he should do this before painting proceeds any further, and it will naturally be understood that the amount of time such work delays the finishing of the car will be taken into consideration and allowed for.
