This is a development by Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} to reduce the flow of oil to the valve stems, and thus reduce the tendency to top overoiling. With regard to increasing the hole on the push rod side of the rocker to .094 dia. which weakens the rocker section, we are instructing this for 10,000 miles test before inclusion on the production LOP.
