We want to try to increase the life of the rubber bushes by putting their axis at right angles to the direction of load. We think it will be easiest to work on the top yoke bearing at first. The other bearing which may require attention is the main lever rubber bearing. It would appear that a spherical bearing similar to that on the torque arm would be best for the main lever bearing.
