TORSIONAL CRANKSHAFT VIBRATIONS.

There is a paper being read in London tomorrow on Torsional Crankshaft Vibrations by Major E.C. Carter who has made an intensive study of this problem.

RG.{Mr Rowledge} and myself recommend that we send Mr. Lovesey to attend this meeting.

The problem is one we are very interested in and we think it would be to the advantage of the Company for him to hear the views put forward.

Unless we hear from you to contrary, we shall arrange for Mr. Lovesey to go to London tomorrow afternoon.
