S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X634 CWB1/GM/11-1-27. RECEIVED JAN 13 1927 SUMMERS VIBRATION DAMPER. I have now received two letters from America in reply to mine regarding the above damper and attach copies of them hereto. At the same time I attach a copy of my actual letter to Mr. Crane, to which replies have been sent, so that you may compare certain paragraphs of the reply with the actual letter. I also enclose an extract from a further letter from Mr. Crane which explains the manner in which Mr. Kennington became aware of our enquiries. Certainly the staff work of General Motors is very good. Should you wish to discuss this matter further or desire any further information from Mr. Summers, I shall be glad to continue the correspondence. In the meantime I have acknowledged and thanked these people for their various letters. CWB. | ||
