The front seats of this car are insufferably hot owing to the fact that there are a number of holes through the dash-board, presumably due to the fixings of the wireless being removed.

No attempt has been made to plug these holes and hot air comes into the driving compartment.

Also, the stocking on the change-speed lever is not a tight fit. I think we ought to get a spring steel band stitched into this stocking, over the change-speed lever, so that there is always a seal at the top.

The water pump squeak on this car is very noticeable, and there is an engine period.

I should like to know whether this is due to the spring drive or not.

The brakes want adjusting.

I added 15 gallons of petrol.

The dashboard is beginning to shake somewhat in relation to the front end of the frame.
