3.B.IV.

(1) Please remove engine unit B.22 and fit B.19 which we understand is now ready.

(2) Remove rear axle, cure rattles in brake actuating shafts, any new parts necessary can be obtained from 4.B.IV spare axle, at present in the exptl. garage, also please make wheel drivers a good fit, we understand present drivers are soft to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}414 in which case fit hardened type. Also carry out modifications to pinion bearing to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}3/AP.2.11.37. new bearing to be supplied by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AD.
