TEST OF EXPL. MOTOR FITTED WITH N.1760 SPRINGS AND C.M. BRUSHES.

This motor ran well for whole period (19 mins) the commutator and brush gear got rather hotter than usual. The torque was 480 lb/inches and the amps 140. After the run the com. was nice and bright and not oxidised or pitted as has often been the case with the weaker springs.
