In conjunction with Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} and Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} we have been in communication with Messrs. Sanderson & Holmes regarding certain debits recently rendered covering work carried out on Experimental Shop Bodies, as it was felt the charges suggested were distinctly on the high side - although the work possibly was carried out under exceptional conditions.

Attached is formal communication from Messrs. Sanderson & Holmes regarding work carried out on Body of Chassis 22EX. [struck through] [handwritten] 18G4 also audit of 22EX.

Please let me have your comments on the points raised.

ROY.{Sir Henry Royce}
