PHANTOM III

5. S/M Mechanism
The improvement in this mechanism will be available with overdrive gearbox.
6. Brakes
The increased proportion of braking on front wheels will be introduced at the 51st chassis in "D" series - see Minutes of Meeting held at W. on Tuesday, November 9th, ref.By.II/GIO.11.37.
7. Continental Phantom III
This will be removed from future agendas. The car's future was discussed. It was decided to let it go to Paris as a Trials Car next year when any features on the chassis would be standard on production, such as for instance, overdrive gearbox.
8. Exhaust
It was reported that to silence the exhaust as Wraith would be very costly, and that as customers have not yet complained of this it is proposed to defer any action in favour of more important developments.
9. Engine Coupling
The more flexible engine coupling is to be introduced on "D" series.
10. Wraith Wheel Movement - Deferred until next February.
11. Experimental Cars
36-EX and 33-EX. These have been handed over to Repair Dept. to be got ready for sale by S.
37-EX This is to be handed over, but it has overdrive gearbox, solid tappets and could not be delivered to any customer until about next Summer. It was
