Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of the 5th inst. and regret to note your remarks concerning the broken pull rod. We should be glad to discuss this with you at your convenience.
Regarding the six expander units you require to your drawing GCD.469, we have gone carefully into this and do not think it will be necessary to increase the distance from the centre line of the shoe to the face of the expander unit.
We are proceeding with these with all speed.
