X500a Mr. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Behnan, Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, France. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}4/KW. 25.9.35. Re the numbers of the 12 Tyres received at Chateauroux. Thornhill states the numbers were given to you on the date of arrival, and in any case the numbers of the tyres fitted to the car were recorded in the tyre book. We require the numbers of the two tyres that were fitted to the rear wheels at the time when Thornhill fitted all new tyres. We have got the rest. With regard to the coke for the garage, arrange with Bijotat to supply us with 2 tons of the Metallurgic coke, but as this coke takes some time to get going, we shall want a small load of the gas coke to start the fire. Please see to this. I am returning to you all the expenses incurred by myself, Roberts and the other men. Will you get them straightened up ready for Mr. DeLooze. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} P.S. 26.9.35. Our arrangements have been altered: we shall not arrive at Chateauroux until week-ending Oct. 5th. Please let me have expense sheets up to date. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} | ||
