Gentlemen,
We beg to bring to your notice that we are now open to accept orders for SUMMIT PATENT LIQUID PACKING, as we have recently extended our Works, in view of the ever increasing demand for this product among the Manufacturers of Motor Engines.

By the use of this material, Paper packings, Red Lead, Linseed Oil and Shellac, with all their manifest disadvantages are rendered obsolete.

SUMMIT PACKING is exceedingly simple in its application. A small quantity is brushed on to the metal surfaces forming the joint (a very thin film only is required). The solution is then left for a few seconds until "tacky". The two surfaces should then be brought together and tightly bolted up. We guarantee this material to be exactly as used by H.M. Government, and that all SUMMIT JOINTS are perfect H.P. Joints, impervious to heat, oil, petrol and grease.

In addition to the above advantages, users of SUMMIT PACKING effect a vast saving of time and labour, thus proving it to be a practical economy.

We wish at the same time to point out that not only is SUMMIT PACKING vastly superior by actual test to all foreign imitations, but it is also at least 20% cheaper.

We shall be very pleased to send you a sample on receipt of a Post card enquiry.

Yours faithfully,
for the SUMMIT MANUFACTURING CO.
