LONDON, W.1.

Dear Jack,

Thank you for your letter. As you will have gathered, I am after a Bentley with the maximum body accommodation.

If you see or hear of any Bentley with an outsize body, I would be glad to have particulars of it together with precise body dimensions.

With regard to your own car, I have decided that we must have this at Derby to be sure that we get the best possible out of it, but I have not the capacity to undertake any work at the moment.

However, should it at any time be in the district, let me know and I will see if we can handle it.

Yours sincerely,
