To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X4384 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG6.1.22. X 4384 "GOSHAWK" STARTER. At the present time, all the Starters which we are using on Goshawk 11. engines are working with the edges of the teeth rounded off, not chamfered like the ordinary American practice. We cannot say that we have had any difficulty with the rounded teeth and so shall continue to use them. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
