CHASSIS WITH GOODYEAR RIMS.

Referring to Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}7-NJ4221, it should be noted that we have not definitely standardised the Dunlop wire wheel suitable for straight sided tyres, but that this is only being used on the following products:-

(a) Original order instructed for American chassis built in this country.

(b) R.R. Inc. propose to use this type of rim, in America.

(c) Where customers were insistent upon having Warland dual rims it was considered that there would be less dangers and a much better job would result from the use of the Goodyear type rim for straight sided tyres.
