With reference to my conversation with you regarding fitting a device by Messrs. Autovac for registering the consumption of petrol on the dashboard, I enclose herewith prints received from Messrs. Autovac concerning this apparatus.

Will you please advise me whether you see any objection to our making a test of this as it involves the use of a different autovac inner tank and mechanism, and will you also advise whether this new inner tank has the same flange connection and method of attachment as the present inner tank so that it could replace it without any alteration?
