To By/Ald.{F. Allwood - Experimental Design} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.

CONTINENTAL B.V. - PRESSURE COOLED.

We expect to reduce weight on the Continental B.V. chassis by operating pressure cooled and by making pieces at present in steel in duralumin wherever possible.

Will you please scheme and detail (a) the necessary modification to the existing B.V. radiator (latest type as for production) - Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. will discuss with By/Ald.{F. Allwood - Experimental Design} and indicate what is required.

(b) The necessary pieces to test out (a) on 7.B.V. car.

(c) The necessary modifications indicated by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. on water pump and water connections on both B.V. and B.60 engines - 1 1/2" dia. pipe from radiator to pump to be employed if possible.

(d) Modification to thermostat scheme on either B.V. or B.60 engine.

(e) Modifications to fan on B.V. These schemes and details will be urgently required.
