Re Chassis No.GSK-68. - J.H. Tangye.

With further reference to our Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} /WW14/W10.9.26., this memo is not quite correct. The changeover of the new type of Steering for the 20HP. is different to that of the Phantom. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} informs us that it means a complete new Steering Column. It is therefore, likely to be a more expensive job.

Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} has promised that we can have the one Steering which has been made and tested for Mr. Tangye's car, should we require it.

As regards the Standardisation Sheets for this work, Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} informs me that they are in the process of being signed at the present time.
