X.4021. WATFORD IS.12. MAGNETOS FOR
TYPE TEST ON F.39.

We have now received and tested O.K. magnetos
Nos. 98033/4 which you requested should be fitted to
the "F" type test engine.

The electrical performance of each magneto has
been considerably improved and there is now no difference
between them, No.98033 having been also fitted with a
new modified armature. Both magnetos having now been
modified are now right up-to-date and representative
of latest Watford aero magneto practice.

Will RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} please note that that these machines
are therefore now available for fitting to F.39.
