Messrs Rolls Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

Watford IS.12 Magnetos Nos 98033/4.

We thank you for your letter of the 17th instant, in connection with the differnece of the safety gaps of the above mentioned magnetos.

The matter has been thoroughly gone into and the conclusion arrived at, is, that the error is due to a misreading of the taper gauge which we use for setting the safety gaps on these magnetos.

In view of the above we shall be pleased if you will alter the gap on magneto No.98033 to read 8.5. mm.

Yours faithfully,
for NORTH & SONS LTD.,
C. M. {Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Allen.
