This means that the body has got to be produced at considerably less than £200.

In view of what you have done on Bentley V we should like to know what you think of the prospects of making a body at this price and what the specification of the trimming etc. of this body would be.

We cannot see basically why the specification of the material used in the body should be altered at all, in view of the fact that Rover's and Jaguar's both produce an exceedingly desirable body for less than £100.

This car will not, of course, have aluminium wings.

If we fall down on price then there is no alternative but to co-operate with Mulliner's of Birmingham and use a fully pressed steel shell because we have got to get some turn-over if we are to keep out of the Bankruptcy Court after the War.
