Dear Mr. Robotham,

I was at Park Ward's yesterday when your letter arrived. (copy of which I received this morning) as it was during the afternoon, we did not have time to do anything but briefly discuss the proposed body.

Mr. Ward told me that he should be at Derby on Tuesday morning next, & I arranged to meet him about 10 o'clock & if convenient to you, we can go further into the matter.

I gathered from our telephone conversation that you would like to see us both at the same time.

Yours Faithfully,
F.{Mr Friese} Green
