contd:- -2- Goodyear rim is also an advantage because the Dunlop people in England have adopted the Goodyear rim and are laying down a plant to make their wheels with these rims over here. It would be an advantage if both the English and the American R-R chassis were fitted with the same demountable rim. If the Dunlop Co. keep their promise we shall have standardised and be fitting Dunlop wheels with Goodyear demountable rims for straight-sided tyres, before any of the American R-R cars are completed. | ||
